Tapcards is a brand operated by Crenca Labs, the trading name of Bhatti Enterprises. Crenca Labs is the seller of every item listed on this website, and the entity you contract with when you place an order. We sell our own inventory directly — this is not a marketplace, and no third-party sellers list products here.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We currently sell and deliver within India only.

We describe each product — materials, dimensions, and what is included — as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; minor variation in finish, shade, or texture between the image and the item you receive is normal and is not a defect.

Our NFC and QR products are supplied blank or pre-encoded with a link to a page hosted by us. They contain no payment functionality of any kind, and cannot be used to collect or transfer money.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
• The total payable — including any shipping charge — is shown on the checkout page before you pay. You are never charged more than that amount.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed and paid for.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and we send you an order-confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive, handle, or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials at any point — those go directly to the payment gateway. Your order is confirmed only once Razorpay confirms the payment to us.

Dispatch and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Products that tap or scan to a page hosted by us include that hosting at no additional charge. There is no subscription and no recurring billing — you are charged once, for the physical product.

You are responsible for the destination you point your page at. You may not use it to host or link to content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that impersonates another person or business. We may disable a page that does, without refund of the product price.

We aim to keep hosted pages continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts it.

The website, its content, and our branding belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Content you supply — your logo, links, and profile details — remains yours, and you grant us only the permission needed to display it on your hosted page.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at SAS Nagar, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms; the version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
