Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across India to any address our courier partners serve. We do not ship internationally at this time. If your PIN code is not serviceable we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro addresses are usually at the faster end of that range; remote PIN codes can take longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, and other disruptions outside our control can delay a courier, and we are not liable for such delays — but we will track the parcel and keep you informed.

Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. The exact total, including any shipping charge, is always shown on the checkout page before you pay.

We email your order confirmation as soon as payment is confirmed, and send tracking details to the same address once the parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 1–2 business days of ordering, contact us.

• Please check your address and PIN code carefully — we ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout.
• We can change an address only before dispatch. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake.
• If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was wrong or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we will refund the order less any shipping cost actually incurred.
