What is an NFC business card?
A business card with a small NFC chip inside. Hold it near a phone and the phone opens your page: your contact details, links or Google review form. Phones that can't tap can scan the QR code printed on the card instead.
How does a Google review stand work?
Put it on your counter. Customers tap their phone on the stand or scan its QR code, and your Google review form opens straight away, so leaving a review takes seconds.
Does the person I tap need an app?
No. iPhones from the XR onwards and NFC-enabled Android phones read a tapcard on their own and open your page in the browser. There is nothing for them to install.
Can I change where my card points after it's printed?
Yes. Your card opens a page we host, not a fixed link, so you can update your links and contact details from My cards and every card linked to that page follows instantly.
Is there a subscription?
No. There is no monthly fee and no charge for keeping your page live — you pay for the card once. If you would rather we make an edit for you, our post-sale changes policy sets out what that costs.
What happens if I lose a card?
Send us the serial printed on it and we switch that one card off, free. Your page and every other card linked to it keep working, and a replacement can be linked to the same page.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave us within 1–2 business days of payment and usually arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
