Privacy Policy

We only collect what an order actually requires:

• Contact details — your name, email address, and mobile number, so we can confirm the order and reach you about delivery.
• Shipping address — street address, city, state, and PIN code, so the courier can deliver.
• Order details — the items, quantities, and amounts you paid.
• Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

You do not need to create an account to buy from us, and we do not ask for any information beyond the above.

We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, net-banking credentials, CVV, or PIN. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own systems. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded — enough to mark your order paid.

• To process, pack, and deliver your order.
• To send transactional email — order confirmation and delivery updates.
• To handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have separately asked us to.

We share the minimum necessary with:

• Razorpay — to process your payment and any refund.
• Our courier partner — the name, address, and phone number needed to deliver your parcel.
• Our email provider — to send you order confirmations.
• Government authorities — only where the law requires it.

Your cart is stored in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh — it never leaves your device until you check out. We use a session cookie only for staff sign-in to our admin panel. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Order records — including contact and address details — are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Beyond that, we delete or anonymise data we no longer need.

The site is served over HTTPS. Admin access is password-protected, and passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to connect@crencalabs.com and we will respond within 30 days of verifying your identity.

This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
